Tariff

The Law Office charges for its services in accordance with the current Tariff on Remuneration and Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees published in the Official Gazette of the RS. In addition to the award, the amount of which is determined by this tariff, the lawyer and the client may agree in writing on a lump sum award or a reward in a percentage amount.

In civil, administrative matters, and out-of-court proceedings, the written agreement on the additional award will determine the subject and value of the dispute, as well as the percentage of the agreed award and the conditions of application of the agreement. In criminal and misdemeanor matters, the amount of the additional reward shall be determined by a written agreement, provided that the amount of this reward may not exceed five times the amount of the reward provided for in this tariff. A lawyer may negotiate a reward with his client for his work in a lower amount than prescribed, but not less than 50%, and in more complex legal and factual cases and in a higher amount, but not over three times the amount. To provide legal assistance to foreign legal and natural persons, a lawyer may apply this tariff or the tariff of the country of origin of the client.

The lawyer and the client can agree on the percentage of the lawyer’s reward for success in the dispute, which will be charged upon completion of the procedure.

For work outside the seat of the law office, the lawyer is entitled to a transportation fee, accommodation fee, fee for absence from the law office and per diem.
